For over 25 years I’ve explored how yoga, breathwork, meditation, and psychotherapy can support well-being in body and mind. My work blends timeless tradition with modern science, offering simple, practical tools for daily life.
My approach is compassionate, respectful, and always tailored to each person. I believe that balance, clarity, and resilience are possible for everyone through natural practices.

Shared Experiences
After decades of battling asthma and chronic bronchitis, I’d resigned myself to often waking in the morning feeling tired, suffocated, with a tight chest and making sure not to overdo it during the day. Alexandra’s breathing sessions have been life-changing. The simple daily exercises she taught me cleared my head and my chest. After consulting my doctor, I have reduced the use of my inhaler and I have started enjoying activities I have not been able to do for years! Silly as it may sound, I now feel I finally know how to breath!

My 14-year-old daughter struggled with shortness of breath and exercise-induced asthma. We’d tried inhalers and specialists, but nothing stuck. I would always listen to Alexandra, my yoga instructor, explain the benefits of breathing light, so I decided to see if that would help my daughter.
