Alexandra has over 25 years of experience in holistic practices exploring the human body, mind, and consciousness.
She holds a Master’s degree in Integrative Psychotherapy, with extensive training and professional experience as a Classical Adlerian Psychotherapist. She is a HeartMath™ coach and trainer, as well as a Reiki Master.
Alexandra has been meditating since her early teenage years and has been practicing Hatha yoga since 2006. In 2019, she completed her yoga instructor certification and has been teaching alignment-based yoga ever since. In addition to traditional pranayama, she has deepened her training in various breathing modalities. She is a certified Buteyko Breathing Instructor, an Oxygen Advantage™ Advanced Instructor, a Yogabody™ Breathing Coach, and has trained in the Breatheology™ method (apnea training) with Dr. Stig Severinson.
She believes that everyone can enhance the quality of their life through natural means and is continuously learning, exploring, and expanding her understanding to enrich the experience of being soulid—from the inside out.
Alexandra is passionate about guiding others to experience the profound benefits that a personalized yoga, breathing, and meditation/mindfulness practice can bring to every aspect of life. Her approach is practical, respectful, and grounded in both science and tradition.

“I believe in “paying it forward”. I have had the privilege of being exposed to timeless methods through the dedication, discipline and care of my teachers, each a master in his own right. Following this path, I learned that being of service to others is integral to my well-being, as well. I strive to add value and make a positive difference in the lives of all those that I come into contact with.
Everything I teach comes from my personal experience. My work is based on timeless methods- yoga, meditation and breathing - that have now been scientifically researched and validated. I have learned that these methods are actually “tools”, that when properly implemented, provide a complete approach to better health, well-being and more fulfillment in life.
Through our collaboration, you will learn how to safely use these “tools” and be encouraged to understand yourself as the energy systems that you are, constantly expending and renewing energy. Learning to manage and renew your energy consciously will not only lead to a shift in understanding, but more importantly, it will lead to greater balance and control over your life and well-being”.
